cognov�s

cognov�s is a consulting company based in Hamburg, Germany. Since 1999 it has been an active developer of OpenACS and ]project-open[, with a strong focus on E-Learning and Service Management. The owner, Malte Sussdorff, is also a senior ]project-open[ developer, having made an impact on intranet-dynfields and developed intranet-contacts, the ]project-open[ CRM system.

It's current focus is on consulting companies to improve their service processes using ]project-open[, starting with the business process analysis, settting up the system and support of the installed system. As early adopters of ]project-open[ 4.x cognov�s has implemented additional packages around accounting, invoice templates and enhanced 4.0 with many new features not yet seen in the main product.
