Intranet Ticket Class

Used by the helpdesk package to implement a classification of tickets into a hierarchy.

 

Default Values

The following values are defaults that can be modified, deleted and extended.

       31202 | Extension/reduction of user permissions
       31203 | Training Request
       31204 | Incorrect or incomplete documentation
       31205 | Issue to export data
       31300 | Requests for new/additional services
       31301 | New feature request
