TR: Customer Portal for Translation Companies
Qabiria, as Premium Partner, is centralising the development of a Customer Portal module for translation companies, a feature often requested by ]po[ clients, but currently not in the roadmap. Customer portal module should be an additional module to the standard ]po[ setup with the following features:
- customer's dashboard with access to its quoted, open and closed projects
- list of customer's financial documents: quotes and invoices, both current and past
- easy mechanism to issue a Request for Quote, by uploading one or more files
- project status monitoring: visual overview of the status for all its ongoing projects
- contact form or any other mechanism to open a ticket for the project manager or for the sales dpt. Alternatively, a link to a Query Management System, (another planned Extension request).
